This engineered Alaska oak flooring looked fantastic for our client’s kitchen in this recently completed Edinburgh project! Being in the kitchen, we recommend lacquered rather than oiled boards. This makes them far easier to clean and more repellent to certain types of spillages. As with lots of older buildings, we found the sub-flooring wasn’t level when it came to fitting the new boards. We have plenty of experience dealing with these types of issues, and now the client couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!
