Having previously been recommended RPR for flooring, Tim and the team recently transformed our flat to provide more functional storage ahead of our son being born. This involved fitted wardrobes in three bedrooms, additional storage and shelving in the master bedroom, and new cupboards with shoe storage and wine rack in the hall. The work was carried out while we were on holiday. The team kept us updated throughout and the property was completed in perfect condition for our return home. Tim and his team worked closely with us and helped design and install an amazing kitchen. Tim kept us updated with plans through it all and did everything to keep on track.

Excellent jobs completed. Very friendly and professional. Very good experience with the team. From the pre-installation visit Dan showed a 100% professional input into the jobs to be done and a lot of knowledge. As promised although the fitting was scheduled for three days it only took two days to complete and Dan, Ben and Aaron made sure that flooring, skirting boards and every other detail was completed to a high standard. I could not recommend Rocks Property Restoration more, for peace of mind and pre/post customer service I’d rate them on top.

We used Rocks Property Restoration to tile our kitchen wall. The tiles we picked had an unusual bevelled curved to them, making them difficult to work with! We had a fantastic experience with Tim, Nick, Sean and the team who laid wooden flooring across the bulk of our downstairs rooms. From the outset Tim and team were clear and friendly and explained everything. The guys turned up on time, worked quickly and the finish was excellent. I went away on holiday and left Tim and his team to install oak wood herringbone flooring to my lounge and limed oak laminate to my bedroom and when I returned I got such a wonderful surprise at the amazing job they had done and how clean and tidy they had left my property. Tim was very professional and polite and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. He even arranged last minute installation of new radiators prior to the new floors being laid. His prices are also very competitive and he made it all a very pleasant, easy process in advising me of various local suppliers to choose from. I hope to use their services again in the future.

Can't recommend Tim at Rocks Property Restoration highly enough. Without doubt the best tradesman I have ever dealt with (and I have dealt with many!) as he is so professional and did such a wonderful job on my kitchen oak flooring. Tim was on time, cleared up after himself too, and has made up for all the terrible tradespeople that I have dealt with in the past who don't take pride in their work like Tim does. Can't fault Rocks Property's professional service and I'm hoping I can use their services again soon. Having shopped around and done my research, they are extremely good value too. I have used Rocks twice - once to lay some laminate flooring and them some tiling. The workmen were very professional and efficient cleaning up thoroughly when the jobs were completed. Good value too!

Tim and his colleague, Fynn were fantastic. Extremely professional, polite, courteous and tidy. They are highly skilled and left the house having fully cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful and accommodating towards our concerns about noise and did a lot of the cutting indoors so as to not disturb our neighbours. We love our new floors and are happy with the price.
