I would have no hesitation in recommending Rocks Property Restoration for any flooring requirements. I am just sorry I don’t have a bigger house to showcase more of their great skills! I went away on holiday and left Tim and his team to install oak wood herringbone flooring to my lounge and limed oak laminate to my bedroom and when I returned I got such a wonderful surprise at the amazing job they had done and how clean and tidy they had left my property. Tim was very professional and polite and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. He even arranged last minute installation of new radiators prior to the new floors being laid. His prices are also very competitive and he made it all a very pleasant, easy process in advising me of various local suppliers to choose from. I hope to use their services again in the future.
Can't recommend Tim at Rocks Property Restoration highly enough. Without doubt the best tradesman I have ever dealt with (and I have dealt with many!) as he is so professional and did such a wonderful job on my kitchen oak flooring. Tim was on time, cleared up after himself too, and has made up for all the terrible tradespeople that I have dealt with in the past who don't take pride in their work like Tim does. Can't fault Rocks Property's professional service and I'm hoping I can use their services again soon. Having shopped around and done my research, they are extremely good value too. Definitely ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
We employed Tim and his team to install some engineered wood herringbone bought from the Wooden Floor Store in Edinburgh in our livingroom and dining room, and we are over the moon with it! I have used Rocks twice - once to lay some laminate flooring and them some tiling. The workmen were very professional and efficient cleaning up thoroughly when the jobs were completed. Good value too!

Tim and his colleague, Fynn were fantastic. Extremely professional, polite, courteous and tidy. They are highly skilled and left the house having fully cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful and accommodating towards our concerns about noise and did a lot of the cutting indoors so as to not disturb our neighbours. We love our new floors and are happy with the price. Thank you guys - we would absolutely use you again !
Tim was extremely professional. He laid parquet flooring throughout my new property. The quality of the work was excellent. He was always on time and finished the job more quickly than expected. The flooring looks incredible. I would definitely recommend using this business.
